Academy Infection Training Working Party

The Academy Infection Training Working Party (AITWP) is developing an infection training curriculum and assessment system for infectious diseases, medical microbiology and virology.

The working party is made up of representatives from:

• Health Protection Agency
• Trainee Doctors
• COPMeD
• British Infection Society
